Kings Crossing Kings Crossing
About Us

Kings Crossing is a wonderful community, a beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently located in Concord, North Carolina.  Our neighborhood was established in 1994 as a premier community with spacious common areas and a beautiful parkway entrance consisting of 172 homes, a beautiful pool, tennis and basketball courts and a clubhouse that is available for rentals.

We are located at the corner of Poplar Tent Road and Kings Crossing Drive, near I-85, only 20 miles from Uptown Charlotte.   Directly adjacent to Kings Crossing is Cannon School- one of North Carolina's most elite private schools.  A few miles up the road, Concord Mills is the largest shopping mall in the state and Charlotte Motor Speedway makes the area the most popular tourist destination in North Carolina.  The neighborhood is only a couple of miles from the Concord Regional Airport, a top ranked hospital - CMC Northeast and a George Cobb designed golf course - the Cabarrus Country Club.

The neighborhood consists of a good mixture of young families through retirees.  On most days, you will find many neighbors taking family walks around the Kings Crossing and Craigmont sidewalks and through the common areas between the pool & courts.  Neighbors take pride in the maintenance of our individual properties and landscapes. The homeowners association encourages and sponsors neighborhood activities that include pool and BBQ parties, bi-annual yard sales and an annual holiday party (including Santa, horse drawn carriage rides and more).

It’s tough to find a neighborhood with the unique qualities of Kings Crossing.  If you are considering making Kings Crossing your home, we welcome you.  If you are a resident, then welcome home.
