Property owners are responsible for an annual assessment, but not all properties are assessed the same amount, so we are unable provide that information here. To order official documents, you will need to contact the Management Company:
- Disclosure/Resale Report (Paid Assessment Letter or Closing Letter; includes Community Documents)
- Updated Disclosure Report
- Lender Report (PUD Questionnaire; includes Community Documents)
- Assessment/Covenant Certificate (Refinance Letter)
- Community Documents (Articles of Incorporation, Declaration, Bylaws, etc)
